Adding splits to swim times

You can now add splits on the bulk swim times input form. When you view it you will see a new icon next to the swim time boxes. Click on the icon to reveal the split boxes for that row. Bug Fix There was a bug when you tried to enter a qualification for an instructor. This has been fixed.
