There was a bug whereby sometimes the wrong gala was showing on the swimmer’s gala confirmation page.
I’ve made some changes so that this should not happen again. Unfortunately any emails sent before I made this change this morning will need to be sent out again.

There was a bug on the bank reconciliation page that only happened if you use Internet Explorer.
When you clicked on an income row to clear it, nothing happened, also nothing happened when you clicked the “update” button at the bottom.
This has now been fixed.

It was brought to my attention yesterday that there was a bug on the gala confirmation page that swimmer's click on to say if they can or can not attend a gala etc.
This bug was fixed yesterday afternoon, but any gala emails sent out prior to this fix were causing an error to be displayed by the swimmer when they clicked on the link in the email.
I have modified the confirm page so that it does not show the swimmer an error, it simply says to contact your coach directly and tell them if you can or can not attend.
Any gala emails sent out after I implemented the fix yesterday will be fine.

I have changed the PB graphs slightly. Now they display in date order so you can see the progress (or not) of a swimmer properly.

You can now add splits on the bulk swim times input form. When you view it you will see a new icon next to the swim time boxes. Click on the icon to reveal the split boxes for that row.

Bug Fix
There was a bug when you tried to enter a qualification for an instructor. This has been fixed.

Splits
You now have the option of showing splits on the best swim times report.
Swimmer's Details
When a swimmer changes their details in their account (address, phone etc), the club admin user will now receive an email with the changes. This is so you can keep your ASA records up to date.
There was also a bug where in the swimmer's accounts, the wrong phone number was shown. It has now been corrected to show the swimmer's home phone number.

Some users were experiencing errors when they viewed an invoice period that did not have any invoices associated with it.
This has now been fixed.

There was a bug where swimmer's photos were not uploading and assigning to the swimmer's profile properly.
This has now been fixed.

It was brought to my attention that if you set an instructor to be able to "Export Swimmer's Data" in their profile, they could not actually view the export page unless they were an admin user.
This has now been fixed.
Because of the sensitive nature of swimmer's details, you have to manually go into your instructor's profiles and tick the "Export Swimmer Details" box. Therefore admin users don't automatically get access to these exports.
This bit has not changed, only the bit that allows the instructor access to the export page if you have alowed them access.

Over the last week or so there were some intermittant problems sending emails out from the system.
Users were experiencing some bounce backs from AOL and Tiscali domains.
These issues have now been resolved.

There was a bug when you were trying to delete a swimmer's swim time from their profile page. The system was saying "Updated" but not actually deleting the swim time.
This is now fixed.

A number of people have contacted me about not being able to login. This is due to the fact that their password has expired and they did not change it beforehand.
To reset your password to a new one, simply go to the main SwimClub website, click on the Login link on the menu and click the "Forgot Password - Get a new one" link.
Enter your email address and a new one will be sent to you.
Bug Fix
I also spotted a bug. If you changed an instructor's password from within your admin account, the system was not correctly resetting it and causing some users to not be able to reset passwords properly.
This is now fixed.

I've made a few updates over the last couple of days:
Swimmer's email addresses
Previously all swimmer's email addresses had to be unique. It was brought to my attention that some of you needed to be able to put the same email address in for multiple swimmers.
This has now been done, you can now put the same email address in for multiple swimmers.
Emailing payment reminders
There was a bug when you sent out an email from the swimmer's profile page lieting all their outstanding invoices.
The system wasn't marking the invoice as being "sent" when you were viewing the outstanding invoices page.
This has now been fixed.
I've also been tidying up various pages and form fields so you may notice some subtle changes/improvements.
Swimmer Logins
There was also a bug when swimmers tried to record swim times themselves from within their account. This has also been fixed.

I've updated the new SwimClub forum slightly. You will notice new forum icons etc.
Also I noticed that there was a bug that gave an error when some of you tried to "subscribe" to a topic. This has now been fixed.
