When you are adding swim times, you can now select a gala (new field at the bottom) and only swimmers assigned to that gala will appear. This saves you having to scroll through the swimmers to find the ones you need.

I have changed the PB graphs slightly. Now they display in date order so you can see the progress (or not) of a swimmer properly.

You can now export your swim times to CSV file. Go to "Groups > Export Data" and select the "Swim Times" report.

The system will export all of your club's swim times into one file grouped by swimmer and distance.

You can now add splits on the bulk swim times input form. When you view it you will see a new icon next to the swim time boxes. Click on the icon to reveal the split boxes for that row.

Bug Fix

There was a bug when you tried to enter a qualification for an instructor. This has been fixed.

Calendars

I have massively improved the calendars inside SwimClub Manager. Now you can add events that span across multiple dates. When adding events you can now add event start date and event end date.

This is the same for you personal calendars too (under My Account > My Calendar).

Best Swim Times

I've also made it so that you can include relay swim times, previously relay results were not shown.

Splits

You now have the option of showing splits on the best swim times report.

Swimmer's Details

When a swimmer changes their details in their account (address, phone etc), the club admin user will now receive an email with the changes. This is so you can keep your ASA records up to date.

There was also a bug where in the swimmer's accounts, the wrong phone number was shown. It has now been corrected to show the swimmer's home phone number.

I have been asked a couple of times to add the 33m pool length. This has now been added.

I have also added the functionality for you to be able to delete swim events (25m, 50m, 100m etc). When you are on the events page, click on one and if you have not used that event on a swim time, a delete option will be visible.

This is useful if you have made a mistake or want to delete an event etc.

There was a bug when you were trying to delete a swimmer's swim time from their profile page. The system was saying "Updated" but not actually deleting the swim time.

This is now fixed.

Swim Times Leaderboard

I've added a best swim times leaderboard into the Swimmers login area so they can see who is best at what stroke and distance etc.

I realise that not all of you will want to allow this, so it is switched off by default/ To switch it on, goto "Setup, Club Details" and set the "Allow Swimmers to see eachothers swim times?" option to "Yes" and click the Update button at the bottom.

Once you have set that, when swimmers are logged in, they now have a new menu item under Swim Times called "Leaderboard".

It lists the top times per distance/pool and for both Male and Female.

Another couple of modifications:

Usernames

When you have gone through and added all your swimmer's login usernames it can be hard to know if you have done them all without manually checking each swimmers account.

I have now added "Login Username" to the Swimmers Details export CSV file, so to check simply goto "Groups, Export Data" and choose the top one (Full Swimmer Export).

You will see if you have missed any out.

Editing Swim Times

When viewing a swimmer's profile page, the swim times section at the bottom (Backstroke, Breaststroke etc), if you click on a stroke, all the times for that stroke are listed.

If you then click on a swim time you can now edit that time. When you click on "Update", you stay on the swimmer's profile page instead of being taken away from it.

Emails
From now on, the system now automatically saves your previously sent emails so that you can view all the emails you have sent to swimmers, parents etc.

These can be viewed on the "Members", "Send Emails" page at the bottom under the form.

Bulk Swim Times
When adding bulk swim times ("Members", "Add Swim Times") you can now select a default stroke so that when the swimmers are displayed after you have chosen a group, the stoke is defaulted to what you chose above. This saves you from having to change from "Backstroke" every time.

Swim Fees
You can now set your swimming club's annual fees as well as monthly fees and create invoices for your swimmers.

You can also create one off swim charges if you need to charge your swimmers for something extra.

Invoices
You can now mark invoices as "Paid" in bulk from the outstanding invoices page to save time.

You can email outstanding invoices straight to the swimmers in bulk, or individually.

Swimmers Profile
We've added an extra ASA category (4).

Now when you are viewing a swimmers profile, only their name, address and photo are shown. To view the whole profile, simply click on the "Expand Details" link.

Members Only Page
Administrators can now update a page that swimmers, instructors and parents can view when they are logged in. Useful to post club updates, files, images etc

After customer feedback, the following updates have been made to the SwimClub system:

Swim times relay and position achieved
When you set a swim time as a "relay" time, these times are not included when calculating personal best times. The position achieved is so you can enter what position the swimmer came in the race.

Group Reports
You can now filter your results by swimmer's age when viewing the best swim times report.

You can now select whether you want to display the swimmers or simply count them when running attendance reports.

Attendance Sheets
Instructors can now print off an attendance sheet so they can "take a register" at the poolside. Then they can input the attendance into SwimClub at a later date.

Parents
You can now mark whether or not a parent is a time keeper or not.

Swimmers
You can now mark how a swimmer pays their membership fee. You can choose standing order, cheque or cash.

You may also enter when a standing order was sent to your bank, along with when the first payment is due.

You can now upload a photo of each swimmer that is visible when you view their details.

A whole new section has been created so that swimmers can have their own logins to view the club calendar and their swim times.
