See how many users are logging in each month

Date 23 January 2012

You can now see how many instructors/parents and swimmers are logging into SCM each month. Go to "Club > User Login Stats".

We have been recording unique daily login counts since last year so you can see back to Feb 2011.

Facebook comments plugin

Date 22 January 2012

We’re pleased to announce that you can now integrate the Facebook comments plugin into your club website. To activate this all you need to do is go to “Setup > Club > Club Details” and select YES on the “Use Facebook Comments Plugin” section.

When visitors browse to your website they will see a Facebook comments box below all of your pages and news stories allowing them to comment using their Facebook login credentials.

New permission level and new workflow

Date 13 January 2012

The following features have been added:

New permission level for instructors - "View All Swim Groups". This allows you to give instructors access to all swim groups (for non-administrators) without having to manually tick each group. This is most useful for when you add a new group. You now don't have to go back into each instructor and add that group to their permissions.

New Workflow - "Swimmer has achieved diving standard". This workflow fires when you enter a date into the "Diving Passed" field of a swimmer's profile.

Invoicing parents

Date 12 January 2012

You can now invoice parents in the same way that you invoice swimmers. Under the "Finance > Invoices" menu there is now 2 sub menus, Parents and Swimmers.

Parents can now be assigned to fees in the same way that swimmers can so that you can invoice for weekly, monthly etc fees as well as annual membership fees.

Email templates and registration forms

Date 12 January 2012

You can now store email templates so you don't have to type the same emails over and over again. Go to "Setup > Club > Email Templates" and you will see a new section called "Custom Templates".

When you have added one they will be available when sending emails out. All you need to do is select the template from the drop-down field and the email body will be populated with the email template contents.

I've also made it so that when someone completes a registration form (clubs on option 1 only) on your website and you have a workflow setup, the swimmer's name and dob are included in the email details.

Email Queue

Date 10 January 2012

We’re pleased to announce that you can now queue emails to be sent at a date in the future. When you are emailing via  the “Members > Send Emails” section, simply select the date when you want the email to be delivered.

The emails will then stay in the queue until the specified date.
