Data Export

I've now completed the basic data export feature. You can export swimmer details and outstanding invoice information to a CSV file, then the system will email it to you.

Goto "Groups", "Export Data" to access this.

Granting Access

Because of the possible data protection issues, this feature is not enabled by default. You have to manually go into each instructor's account and select whether or not they can access the export feature. Click which ones they can access, then click the update button at the bottom to save it.
