I have extended the gala functionality as per the forum request.

When you add galas from now on, you have 2 extra fields:

• Coach provided
• Total seats

You select swimmers for the galas in the same way, but when you send gala emails, here's what happens now:

1. The swimmer receives the email as before
2. There is a link in the email that the swimmer can click on
3. When clicked, they are taken to a page to say whether or not they want/can attend the gala
4. If you have said there is a coach/bus for the gala, the swimmer can enter how many seats they require, if any, on it
5. They then click one of 3 buttons saying I can attend, I can not attend, I'm not sure yet.
