Introducing SwimZelo: A Clearer View of Every Swim

We are excited to introduce SwimZelo, a new companion to SwimClub Manager created specifically for swimmers and their parents or guardians.

SwimZelo brings swimming results together in a clear, engaging view of progress. It is designed to make the story behind the times easier to see: the improvements that build across a season, the personal bests worth celebrating and the next goal that gives a swimmer something positive to work towards.

The web app is available now at app.swimzelo.com, with dedicated iOS and Android apps to follow.

Your swimming history, made easier to understand

A list of results can tell you what happened in each race. SwimZelo helps you understand how those races fit together.

The home screen provides an at-a-glance view of recent activity, including the latest swim, newest personal best and strongest improvement. From there, swimmers can explore their complete swimming history, review current and previous PBs, and see how performance has changed over time.

SwimZelo keeps 25m and 50m course results separate, so comparisons remain meaningful. Results can also be filtered by event, course, meet, date, licensed status and result type, making it easy to find a particular race or focus on one part of a swimmer's history.

See progress beyond a single result

Progress is rarely one dramatic leap. More often, it is a collection of small steps that can be difficult to spot when results are spread across different meets and seasons.

SwimZelo's progress charts bring those steps into view. Swimmers can choose an event and course, see all valid swims or focus on PB history, and follow the overall direction of their times. Where split data is available, they can also review cumulative splits and per-length pacing to understand how a race developed.

Private target times add a personal next step. A swimmer can set a target for an event and let SwimZelo track it automatically when a later eligible result reaches the goal. Completed targets remain part of the swimmer's own progress history.

One simple view for the whole family

Parents and guardians use their own SwimClub Manager account to see the swimmers already linked to their profile. There is no need to manage a separate login for each child.

Switching swimmer updates the dashboard, times, progress and rankings throughout the app. A compact family overview also makes it easier to see each linked swimmer's latest activity, while every profile keeps its own results, PBs, targets and progress.

This gives families a straightforward way to recognise improvement, talk about how a race went and support goals without turning every swim into a comparison with somebody else.

Privacy at the heart of SwimZelo

Swimming information is personal, particularly when it relates to children. SwimZelo has therefore been designed as a private companion rather than a public social feed.

  • Users can see only their own information or swimmers explicitly linked to their authorised account.
  • Other competitors' names and identities are not revealed in club rankings.
  • Private target times are kept on the user's device and are not included in rankings.
  • Personal-best sharing excludes the swimmer's identity by default.
  • There is no advertising and personal data is not sold.

Previously synchronised results are stored locally so they can still be viewed when a connection is unavailable. SwimZelo also supports the existing six-digit two-factor authentication challenge for SwimClub Manager accounts that have it enabled. The forthcoming mobile apps will add the option to protect reopening the app using the device's biometric or passcode facilities where supported.

Available now on the web

You can start using SwimZelo today in your browser. Sign in with your usual SwimClub Manager username and password; if two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you will also be asked for your current six-digit code.

OPEN SWIMZELO

SwimZelo works with the swimming information already available through your authorised SwimClub Manager account, so there is no separate set of results to maintain. SwimClub Manager remains the source of the club's member, meet and result information, while SwimZelo provides a focused place for swimmers and families to explore performance.

iOS and Android apps are coming soon

Dedicated SwimZelo apps for iPhone and Android are now being prepared. They will bring the same clear, privacy-first experience to mobile devices, making it even easier to check a result at the pool, follow progress over time or celebrate a new PB wherever you are.

We will share App Store and Google Play download details as soon as the apps are ready.

We hope SwimZelo gives swimmers and families a more rewarding way to follow every race, every personal best and every step forward.
