We only have two price plans because we believe in keeping things simple. If your club needs a club website and you want to be able to manage it from within SwimClub Manager, choose that option, if not, choose the other.

The only difference between the two is the addition of the club website. All other features are identical.

Optional Extras

On top of the price above, you can purchase the following optional extras:

Storage
Your account comes with 2Gb of storage. Storage is used for club documents and emails. Extra storage can be purchased in blocks of 2Gb for £19 + VAT per year. 

Database
You can choose to have your own database that is totally separate from everyone else’s. This means that you can ask us to restore your system to a point in time up to 30 days ago. To have your own database costs an extra £12 + VAT per month, billed yearly.
