If you would like to test out the club website options in your trial, please contact us after registering for a trial.

Yes! You can setup recurring invoices. And, if you also setup GoCardless (to collect payments from your members via direct debit), the system will automatically collect payments and assign them to the invoices when the funds clear.

Not a problem, if your club operates on cash and cheques, you can do that.

You can setup the online payment options (card, direct debit & paypal) at any time if you wish.

SwimClub Manager does NOT add any extra fees or charges when your members pay via card or direct debit.

All fees are taken via the respective 3rd party payment provider (eg Stripe and GoCardless).

Nope, you can add as many members/users as you need.

Yes! There are 2 options, Option 1 includes a club website that you can manage right from within your SCM account.

Option 2 has all the same features as option 1, but without the club website features.

After your trial runs out, if we don’t hear from you or you don’t become a paying club, all of your data will be deleted approximately 30 days after your trial ran out.

Everything you enter in your trial period will be available after you convert to a paying club.

You won’t notice anything different.
