Can we import our members easily?
Yes, you can import your members all at once via either CSV, Excel, or from a Hy-Tek™ roster file.
What are your payment terms?
The service is billed monthly* or yearly (defaults to yearly unless you ask us to change your account). We accept cheques, bank transfers and credit/debit card payments.
*We only accept direct debit payments for monthly subscriptions.
Is the trial fully featured or a cut down version?
The trial is fully featured except for any club website features. If you would like to test out the club website options in your trial, please contact us after registering for a trial.
Can we create invoices for our members each month automatically?
Yes! You can setup recurring invoices. And, if you also setup GoCardless (to collect payments from your members via direct debit), the system will automatically collect payments and assign them to the invoices automatically.
What if we don't want to offer online payments to our members?
Not a problem, if your club operates on cash and cheques, you can do that. You can setup the online payment options (card, direct debit & paypal) at any time if you wish.
What fees are involved when members pay their invoices via card or direct debit?
SwimClub Manager does NOT add any extra fees or charges when your members pay via card or direct debit. All fees are taken via the respective 3rd party payment provider (eg Stripe and GoCardless).
Is there a limit to the amount of members we can add?
Nope, you can add as many members/users as you need.
Do you offer a website option?
Yes! There are 2 options, Option 1 includes a club website that you can manage right from within your SCM account. Option 2 has all the same features as option 1, but without the club website features.
What happens if we don't decide to carry on after the trial?
After your trial runs out, if we don't hear from you or you don't become a paying club, all of your data will be deleted approximately 30 days after your trial ran out.
If we decide to carry on after the trial, will our data be saved?
Yes, everything you enter in your trial period will be available after you convert to a paying club.
What happens after the trial if we want to continue?
After your trial runs out, when you next try to login you will be taken to a page where you can choose to carry on and become a paying club. Simply follow the instructions on that page.
How do I sign up for a trial?
Go to the website homepage and click on the ``Start Now`` button in the ``Free 30 day trial`` section.
Yes, we take data security very seriously. Only you and any users you add have access to your data. Plus, when you are logged in the connection is encrypted using industry standard SSL (the padlock icon in your browser address bar). Please view our data protection policy for more information.
Do I need to install any software onto my computer?
No. Our software is 100% web-based. You can access it via any modern internet enabled device (desktop, phone tablet etc).
