From Pool to Pitch: Backing Grassroots Girls' Football

We are delighted to announce that SwimClub Manager is sponsoring Tarleton Corinthians FC Under-12 Girls, with our logo appearing on the team's new training and home kits.

We have now had our first look at the new training top, and it is brilliant to see the SwimClub Manager name alongside the Tarleton Corinthians badge. The next milestone will be seeing the whole squad together in their new home kit.

This is more than a logo on a shirt for us. It is a chance to support young players, recognise the people who make grassroots sport possible and contribute to a team at the heart of its local community.

Why grassroots girls' football matters

Grassroots football gives girls a place to play, improve and enjoy being active with their friends. Just as importantly, it creates opportunities to build confidence, resilience and a genuine sense of belonging.

At Under-12 level, the experience is about far more than results. It is about learning to work together, encouraging teammates, handling wins and setbacks, and discovering what can happen when everybody contributes.

Girls' football continues to grow because clubs create welcoming teams and because coaches, volunteers, parents and local supporters give their time and energy every week. We are proud to play a small part in that effort.

More than a name on a kit

Good kit helps a group of young players feel like a team. Pulling on the same colours creates identity and pride, whether the players are training together or stepping onto the pitch on match day.

Sponsorship also helps grassroots clubs keep providing those experiences. Behind every junior team are people organising fixtures, preparing sessions, washing kit, arranging lifts and making sure the players can simply turn up and enjoy their football.

From the pool to the pitch

SwimClub Manager may have been created for swimming clubs, but the values behind community sport travel easily from the pool to the pitch.

Teamwork, commitment, confidence and the support of dedicated volunteers are every bit as important in football as they are in swimming. In both sports, young people thrive when they have a safe, encouraging environment in which to learn and take part.

That shared belief is what makes this partnership feel like such a natural one. We want more young people to experience the friendships, enjoyment and life lessons that come from being part of a team.

We cannot wait to see the Tarleton Corinthians Under-12 Girls wearing their new kits and representing their club throughout the season. We will be sharing a full team photograph once the home kits arrive and following the squad's progress with great interest.
