We're thrilled to announce the release of our latest platform update, Version 8.0.25, rolling out today, June 4th, 2026! This update brings a host of powerful new features and significant enhancements designed to streamline your operations and foster greater inclusivity within your club.

Enhancing Event Management & Reporting

This update delivers key improvements to how you manage events and gain insights from your data.

Introducing Mixed Relays

A highly requested feature from our community, we're excited to introduce Mixed Relays! You can now easily configure relay teams with a blend of male/open and female participants (e.g., 2 male/open and 2 female). This addition brings greater flexibility to your event planning, promotes inclusivity in competitions, and aligns with modern sporting trends, allowing for more diverse and engaging events.

Comprehensive Event Gala Printouts

We've enhanced the Event Gala Printout to include the distance for each event entry and swimmer. This improvement provides comprehensive, easy-to-read reports for coaches, parents, and participants, reducing manual effort and ensuring all necessary information is readily available for your galas.

Advanced Attendance Chart Functionality

Gain deeper insights into your attendance with our significantly enhanced Attendance Chart Functionality. We've implemented several key improvements:

  • Group-Based Filtering: Easily filter attendance data by specific groups, allowing you to identify patterns and trends within sub-sections of your club.
  • Accurate Percentage Calculations: Percentage attendance now aligns with dashboard tables, calculating based on those who could have been present.
  • Water Utilization Tracking: Calculate percentage attendance against the maximum number of members allocated for a session, helping optimize resource use.
  • Export Capabilities: New export buttons have been added to the "Attendance Data" table for easy reporting and further analysis.

These enhancements provide a more granular and accurate view of attendance, empowering you to make better operational decisions and optimize resource allocation.

Notes for Qualification Renewals

You can now see notes on Qualification Renewals. These notes are visible on the dashboard, allowing you to track who has booked onto a course, who needs a gentle reminder, and generally improve the proactive management of staff and member qualifications. This small but mighty addition helps streamline compliance and communication.

Streamlining Trial Management & Data Inclusivity

We've also focused on refining our trial request process and ensuring our platform reflects modern standards of data representation.

Inclusive Gender Options & Data Consistency

We've made significant strides in improving how gender information is handled. The Gender field on the Trial Request Form is now fully aligned with the member details page, ensuring seamless data consistency. Furthermore, we've updated the Gender Options for User Profiles in the API to support more inclusive choices:

  • Male
  • Female
  • Other
  • Prefer not to say

This update promotes inclusivity and accurate data representation for all users, aligning your platform with modern demographic standards and offering more respectful choices.

Enhanced Trial Request API & Communication

For our integrators and administrators, we've implemented a PUT Endpoint within the Trial Request API for updates. This provides a standardized mechanism for modifying existing trial requests programmatically, enabling efficient management and synchronization of trial information.

Additionally, we've changed the Reply-To email address for Trial Confirmation Emails, ensuring all responses from trial registrants are routed directly to your central club inbox for prompt follow-up and improved customer service.
