Introducing the SwimClub Manager Community
Introducing the new private SwimClub Manager Community: a focused place for club administrators to ask questions, share ideas and help one another.
Back to blog
We are delighted to introduce the new SwimClub Manager Community — a private online space created especially for the people who run swimming clubs.
Club administrators often face the same questions, whether they are organising memberships, managing payments, communicating with families or finding the best way to use SwimClub Manager. The new community gives clubs a focused place to compare experiences, share practical advice and help one another.
A community designed around swimming clubs
Our private Facebook group has been a useful place for clubs to connect, but important conversations can be difficult to find again in a busy social feed. Facebook is not the right platform for everyone either.
The SwimClub Manager Community has been designed around the needs of club administrators. It is private, free from adverts and distractions, and organised so that useful discussions and answers remain easy to find.
You can use the community to:
- join organised discussions about club administration and using SwimClub Manager;
- search previous conversations instead of scrolling through an endless feed;
- ask questions, share experiences and learn from other clubs;
- create polls and gather opinions from the community;
- mark questions as solved and recognise particularly helpful replies;
- follow the forums and discussions that matter to you, with control over how often you receive email updates;
- catch up quickly with everything posted since your last visit; and
- connect with administrators from other SwimClub Manager clubs.
Use your existing SwimClub Manager account
There is no new password to remember and you do not need a Facebook account. Simply sign in with your usual SwimClub Manager account and open the community from the Help menu, or use the link below.
Access is currently available to users included in their club's SCM Administrator role. If you believe you should have access but cannot sign in, please check your role assignment with your club.
What happens to the Facebook group?
The new community will gradually replace our private Facebook group, but the Facebook group will not disappear immediately. We want to give everyone time to discover the new space, get comfortable using it and move across at a sensible pace.
We will give members plenty of notice before anything changes. From now on, though, the SwimClub Manager Community will be the best place to start new conversations, ask other clubs for advice and share what works.
Come and say hello
The community becomes more useful with every question, answer and experience shared. We would love you to join us, introduce yourself and start the conversation.
See you in the community!
