For our swimming clubs and athletes, this is a game-changer! We've integrated the ability to display converted swim times directly on swimmer profiles and within your downloadable lists.

• What's New: When viewing individual swimmer times, you'll now see both the achieved time (whether in a 50m or 25m pool) and the relevant converted time. This functionality is also mirrored in Excel/CSV downloads.
• Your Benefit: This feature provides a truly comprehensive view of performance, allowing coaches, administrators, and swimmers to accurately compare results across different pool lengths without manual calculations. It streamlines performance analysis and data reporting, ensuring you always have a full and comparable set of results at your fingertips.

Enhanced Administrative Control with Global Sent Email Access

Managing communications just got easier and more collaborative for your administrative teams.

• What's New: We've introduced a new permission that allows administrators to grant users in roles other than SCM Administrator the ability to view all sent emails. Previously, this was restricted to SCM Administrators or emails personally sent by the user.
• Your Benefit: This provides greater flexibility in access management, fosters improved oversight, and enhances collaboration across various administrative roles. Your team can now manage and monitor communications more effectively, ensuring no important message is missed.

Streamlined Club Kit Order Management

Say goodbye to tedious manual lookups for kit orders! This update significantly improves the efficiency of managing club merchandise.

• What's New: The "Option ordered" (e.g., specific sizes or colors) for Club Kit orders will now be displayed directly on the order page and included in both Excel and CSV downloads.
• Your Benefit: This eliminates the need to manually open each order to retrieve details like sizes, drastically saving administrative time and reducing the potential for errors. Sending accurate order information to your kit supplier has never been simpler.

Optimizing Team Selection with Fastest Relay Team Functionality

• What's New: We've introduced new filter options to the Fastest Relay Team calculator that allows you to select club groups, or individual swimmers.
• Your Benefit: This powerful tool automates and optimizes the complex process of relay team selection, ensuring you can quickly and confidently field the strongest possible team for any event.

Additional Enhancements for a Smoother Experience

• Private Incidents: You can now add a password when creating a new incident, allowing for immediate password protection and enhanced data security from the outset.
• Volunteer Registration Form Improvements: We've corrected the title of the Volunteer Registration Form, ensuring a clearer and more user-friendly experience for your volunteers.
• Visual Consistency: We've resolved a bug where quick link icons in the top navigation bar displayed an incorrect color in the light theme, ensuring a polished and consistent visual experience across the platform.
