November 2026 Update: Version 8.3.6

SwimClub Manager version 8.3.6 is now available. This update brings improvements to member administration, club records and competition entries, with changes shaped by your feedback.

Automatic updates when a member leaves

You can now set a future leaving date and let SwimClub Manager handle the updates when that date arrives. For example, if a member is leaving at the end of the month, you can record their departure in advance without having to return to their profile on the day.

On the leaving date, the system automatically:

• Removes the member from all groups and sessions.
• Removes associated tags, such as 'parent', and roles.
• Archives their profile.

Exclude multiple swim times from club records

A new bulk action on a swimmer's account page lets you select multiple swim times and exclude them from club records in one go. This makes it quicker to manage which times count towards your club records, without updating each time individually.

Clearer Direct Debit mandate controls

We have renamed the orange action button on member profiles to 'Remove Swimmer from Mandate' and added guidance explaining the difference between removing a swimmer and cancelling a mandate:

• Remove a swimmer: Only that swimmer is removed from the Direct Debit mandate.
• Cancel a mandate: The mandate is cancelled for all connected profiles.

These changes make it easier to choose the right action when managing a mandate shared by several profiles.

Hytek entry export fix

Hytek entry files now use a swimmer's designated competition gender when it differs from the gender recorded on their profile. This fixes an issue where exports could use the profile gender instead, ensuring entries reflect the swimmer's competition settings.
