We are thrilled to announce the release of our latest product update, Version 8.0.39, rolling out on June 15, 2026! This release brings a host of powerful new features and significant improvements designed to give you greater control, enhance user experience, and streamline your club's operations.
We've listened closely to your feedback and are excited to deliver tools that make managing your club website and member interactions more intuitive and effective than ever before.
This update is packed with enhancements that touch every aspect of your club's digital presence, from stunning website aesthetics to more efficient administrative workflows. Let's dive into some of the key highlights.
Enhanced Website Customization & Engagement
Your club's website is its digital storefront, and with this update, we're giving you more ways to make it shine and keep your members informed.
- Modernized Club Website Templates and Themes: Say goodbye to outdated designs! We've introduced a diverse selection of contemporary layout choices to help you create more engaging and visually appealing websites. This means your club can project a fresh, professional image with ease.
- Embed Noticeboard & Club Feed on Website: Keeping members updated just got easier. You can now embed your urgent noticeboard and club feed directly onto any web page. This ensures critical announcements and dynamic content are always front and center, improving communication and member engagement.
- Who's Who Page: Disable Member Avatars Option: We've added a new feature allowing users to disable the display of member images (avatars) on the Who's Who page. This provides greater control over content presentation and caters to privacy preferences, ensuring a more comfortable experience for all.
- Ability to Mark a Web Page Inactive: Maintain a clean and organized website effortlessly. You now have the power to mark any web page as inactive, allowing you to temporarily hide content without deleting it, making content management more flexible.
Smarter Calendar & Event Management
Managing your club's busy schedule is now more efficient and user-friendly.
- Club Calendar: Implement Event/Session Toggles: We've introduced intuitive 'Show/Hide' toggle buttons for both events and sessions on the club calendar. This feature mirrors existing calendar designs for a consistent experience, allowing users to easily filter what they see and focus on relevant activities.
- Option to Set Default Calendar View For Club Websites: Personalization is key. Users can now pre-select their preferred display mode (e.g., List view or Month view) as the default when accessing the calendar. This streamlines navigation and significantly enhances usability.
Streamlined Administration & Reporting
We've also focused on tools that simplify your administrative tasks and provide better insights.
- Notes Box for Contacts: Keep all essential information in one place. When creating or managing contacts, you'll find a new notes box to add brief descriptions or important details, such as supplier specifics or member preferences. This ensures better record-keeping and context for your team.
- Enhanced License Level Management & Reporting: For clubs managing licensed activities, we've refined the system. You can now specify and filter by actual license levels (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4) when running best times reports, providing more granular control and accurate analysis in conjunction with qualification times. We've also updated the available license levels to include 'Masters (MAS)' and removed outdated categories, ensuring accuracy.
- Add Swim England Number to Club Event Swimmers: Access critical member data at a glance. You can now see the Swim England number in the members table when viewing a club event, making it quicker to verify details and manage participants.
Improved External Integrations
Connecting with your community through social media is vital, and we've made that experience clearer.
- Twitter/X Feed: Login Required Notification: Following recent changes to Twitter/X, we've added a clear notification directly within the embedded widget on your club website. This informs users that they must be logged in to their Twitter/X account to view the feed, proactively explaining visibility restrictions and improving user experience.
