- Purchase Invoice Approval Workflow: We've introduced a robust Purchase Invoice Approval system. Now, you can set purchase invvoices to "Approved", complete with role-based permissions (e.g., for your Club Chair). This new workflow allows you to create invoices, upload receipts, notify approvers, and track approval status directly within the platform. This not only enhances auditability but also aligns with best practices and compliance requirements, like those from Swim England, ensuring payments are processed only after official sign-off.
- Invoice PDFs: Consistent Contact Information: A small but important fix ensures that contact addresses are now always visible on PDF invoices, even when the club setting to hide member addresses is enabled. This eliminates potential confusion and ensures all necessary information is consistently presented on your official documents.

- Customizable Contact Form Email Recipient: Your club's website contact form is a vital link to your community. We've added the ability to specify a custom email address for receiving contact form submissions. - Website - Contact Us Forwarding by Role: Building on our communication improvements, you can now forward website contact requests to a specific role within your club, rather than just an individual member. This is perfect for volunteer-run clubs, ensuring continuity in communication even if personnel change, and allowing volunteers to keep club-related emails separate from their personal inboxes.
- Clearer Club Noticeboard Formatting: The club noticeboard now displays the name of the creator and the date of creation below the title for clubs using the darker legacy website templates. This small but impactful change improves transparency and accountability for all posted announcements.
