Version 8.0.90 improves payment reconciliation, club kit order management, calendars, competition results and reporting.

Payments and reconciliation

• Income payment dates: Reconciling an existing income payment now preserves its original payment date.
• Stripe payouts: All invoices associated with a Stripe payout ID can now be matched automatically during reconciliation.
• PayPal payments: Successful PayPal transactions now correctly mark the associated invoices as paid.

Club kit orders

Club kit orders in the finances area can now be filtered by status, making it easier to focus on open and in-progress orders.

Calendars and event results

• Event and meet results shown on club website pages and news posts are now grouped by event instead of appearing in one continuous table.
• On mobile, the Club Calendar now includes a scrollable monthly list with events grouped by date.

Reporting and data updates

• The Group PB Swim Time Report now includes a swimmer gender column.
• Hytek imports now include relay times.
• “ASA Number” has been renamed “Swim England Membership Number” across public forms, member records and administration pages.
