Version 8.1.00

Version 8.1.00 adds faster website navigation, clearer meet results, reusable attendance reports, and improvements to forms, invoices, mobile layouts and forums.

Website navigation and content

• Sidebar search: Desktop users can now search the sidebar to find pages without scrolling through every link.
• News search: Modern full-width websites now include search in the latest news section.
• Collapsible sections: Content Builder blocks can be expanded on demand, making FAQs and longer pages easier to browse.
• Mobile tables: Content Builder tables now adapt more cleanly to smaller screens, with improved text wrapping and headings.

Meet results

• Published results now retain event age groups when added to website pages and news posts.
• Embedded event results now show the event name and can be presented as a collapsible list, making pages with several events easier to navigate.

Administration and reporting

• DBS and safeguarding: A standard three-year renewal date is calculated automatically when a certificate date is added or changed.
• Attendance reports: Custom attendance reports can now be saved and reused as the starting point for a later reporting period.
• Custom forms: First and last names are now filled in automatically, reducing repeated data entry.
• Recurring invoices: A reply-to address can be set so responses reach the correct club contact.
• Code of Conduct: A dedicated Masters Swimmer member type is now available.

Club Data Assistant and forums

• Club Data Assistant prompts now wrap correctly on mobile, and swim-time prompts can include an “Age On” date to calculate results by swim age.
• Forum updates include automatic topic subscriptions, direct links from reply emails, recent-message times on forum tiles and improved handling of restricted content.
